As many of you have noticed, the SpotON3D web servers and grid have been down for the last couple of days. This was due to an error when resetting DNS location and restarting the servers incorrectly. We are currently working on resolving this problem and will have everything up and running as soon as possible.
All grid data is intact and once up all regions and user accounts should be running normally once more.

Thanks for all the hard work by the team to get the web servers and grid back up and running. I've been on for about an hour and have had no problem accessing my inventory or doing the things I normally do. When these guys say they are working on fixing the problem, they really mean it.
