The SpotON3D Web world remains down. As stated in the original posting, the cause appears to be a server outage that occurred sometime between 4-5pm MVT/Pacific time on November 21, 2012. We rent server space at a data center, and it appears that someone who is sharing rack space with us inadvertently made changes to the wiring going to our primary server. This has disrupted access both to our grid service and to our Web page.Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, we have had trouble locating an engineer to help with this, but we continue to work on resolving this issue as quickly as possible. We will keep you informed of progress, and we thank you for your patience.
